I love Mama Bear's Kitchen! We almost stopped across the street at a different place but it had tourist vibes and not the best reviews so at the last second I said what about this food truck across the street? My family trusts my ability to make a good choice when it comes to restaurants so we all piled back in the car and drove to the food truck where the good food was haha. Honestly one of the best sandwiches ever. Everything on the menu looked good. Fair pricing. And kind employees. Highly recommended to anyone in the area if you want some good food.

Wow, the food here is GREAT! I can see why they run out of stuff! I got the meatball burger special and an egg and potato taco and both were incredible. Not a ton of seating, but the food was great to go. Another incredible local spot someone pointed us to. These food trucks blow the fine dining on the island out of the water.

Blown away by how delicious the food was. We each tried something different and everyone loved their items. Da cheeseburger, potato taco, da bearrito and da bearrito gf over rice. Highly recommend! Stop and order, you won’t regret it!

Mama Bears is a nice food truck option in Waimea for breakfast or lunch. I was there at lunch and enjoyed the Gourmet Burger, but really want to go back and try some of their great looking breakfast options!

If you are on the island you need to stop by Mama Bear's Kitchen. It's a little food truck on the west side of the island right off the road. I had the Loco Moco and it was THE best on the island (in my opinion of course!). The portions are very generous and everything is cooked to perfection. We went back several times during our stay and also sampled many of there other dishes and all were amazing! Stop here and get your food! After you order they'll bring it to your car so you can sit back and relax.

This was the best food truck experience! I ordered the chicken bacon Swiss (hot sandwich), it was soooo tasty! Husband ordered the Horner burger, and he loved it. Both came with fries. We walked up, ordered, and she said she’d bring it to us when it was ready. With 10 minutes we had our food, and would definitely return if we are in the area again.
